What this site is, and what it is not
Enlightenzz is a personal blog. I write about life after 50: health, money, work, relationships, grief, starting over. I write from my own experience and from research I have done, and I share it in the hope that it is useful to you.
None of it is professional advice. I am not a doctor, nurse, therapist, lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser, and nothing here creates any kind of professional relationship between us. Articles about health, supplements, menopause, hormones, or medications are not medical advice and are not a substitute for talking to your own clinician. Articles about money, debt, bankruptcy, retirement, or investing are not financial advice. Please talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation before making a decision that affects your health or your money, and never delay or disregard medical advice because of something you read here.
Accuracy
I work to keep what I publish accurate and current, and I update articles when I learn better. Even so, information changes, links break, prices move, and mistakes happen. I make no promise that everything on the site is complete, current, or free of errors. If you spot something wrong, tell me and I will fix it.

Free guides and downloads
The guides, worksheets, journals, and companion documents I give away are for your own personal use. You are welcome to print them, fill them in, and use them as often as you like. Please do not resell them, republish them, upload them elsewhere, or hand them out as your own. If you want to share one, share the link to the page it lives on. That helps me keep making them.
My content
The writing, photographs, graphics, and downloads on this site belong to me, unless credited otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You may quote a short passage with credit and a link back. You may not copy an article in full, republish it, feed it into a commercial product, or use it commercially without my written permission. The Enlightenzz name, logo, and design are mine as well.
What you post
If you leave a comment or send me a message, keep it civil. Nothing unlawful, hateful, threatening, harassing, deceptive, or spammy, and nothing that belongs to someone else. I may edit or remove anything at my discretion, and I may close comments or block an address. By posting a comment you give me permission to display it here.
Links to other sites
I link out to articles, studies, retailers, and resources I find useful. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content, their products, or their privacy practices. Once you leave Enlightenzz, their terms apply, not mine.
Availability
I do my best to keep the site up, but I cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. I may change, move, or remove content at any time, and I may take the site offline for maintenance without notice.
